My interests are in the natural world as well as the world in my mind; these creatures are from both worlds.

I live in Shoreline, Washington, with a houseful of furry friends and my husband. We're just close enough to Seattle to be able to enjoy its cultural advantages, but far enough from the city to be surrounded by trees and greenery.

When not at my somewhat technical job, I also tutor and teach occasional evening classes in the Adobe Creative Suite.
